A flush came over the aristocrat as he spoke, his blood rising to match his fervor. Tžaryd was caught up in the man's argument now and his pulse quickened also. He knew this other man to be more than he appeared. There was something dangerous, rapacious about his demeanor. But he was guest and must see this drama played out.
