Note: Terra Extra was launched to still the "hunger" of the SF fans wanting more material by K. H. Scheer and Clark Darlton, whose productivity had moved almost exclusively towards their Perry Rhodan series. Hence the reprints. Further authors were soon added but the majority of publications was by the writers of Perry Rhodan. It started on 7 Septemebr 1962 and until #100 it appeared fortnightly, then weekly, and with #164 it went back to fortnightly. Twice it skipped ist schedule: Between numbers 8 and 9, and 34 and 35 there were four weeks instead of the usual two.
