- Only 600 copies of the collection were printed, all on French hand-made paper, in slip-case. • Kennerley was responsible for 540 of the copies • Remaining 60 bear the Grant Richards imprint.
- Library of Congress (LCCN, below) reports concerning its Copy 3 as Kennerley (quote): Printed label on front pastedown: "Unfortunately, only three hundred sets of the illustrations were completed by the gravure process so that the missing illustrations are reproduced in this volume by the Aquatone process." In this copy the illustration mounted on p. [131] is reproduced by the Aquatone process.
