  • Notes: Worldcat quotes the colophon: "These twelve copies ... have been specially printed by Clyde Beck for presentation to a few of the authors̀“ friends during the preparation of The hill of Dionysus: a selection." and gives the publisher as "n.p." Eldritch Dark gives the number of copies as 15 or 16 and states that it was published by Clyde Beck with heavy paper wraps. Chalker/Owings states that an overrun of 15 copies was printed for this poem and "The Hill of Dionysus" during production of the collection The Hill of Dionysus: A Selection. These poems were separately bound and sold to help promote and finance the book.
