Re first publication date: "2003" has been set because the copyright page of the 2004 Hodder Headline Australia edition states that it was first published in Great Britain in 2003 for WHSmith, ..., by Hodder Children's Books. Note however, that Google Books yields ISBN = 0340882352 for the 2003 edition, but Google itself can't find anything with this ISBN. isbndb.com doesn't find it.
