TRIAD does not refer to a trilogy, but the evolution of the psiberweb from a "dyad" to a "triad". Takes place in Skolian timeline mostly during the year 2227 ad.

Synopsis: The first half of the story of the goings-on in the universe created by Asaro covering the time of Soz informing he father she wants to go into Jagernaut training at the Academy at Deisha up through her first grad-level, or half of her special education.
