  • Księgarnia Solaris (Solaris Bookstore): operated since c. 1990-1991 (originally founded by Wojtek Sedeńko as the mail-order bookstore Verbum), it has been online since c. 1993-1995. Until 2005 it was a bookshop focused exclusively on the sale of fantastic literature, then branched out to other divisions: comics, film, all fiction, and now periodicals, multimedia and games.
  • Wydawnictwo Solaris (Solaris Publishing): operated since c. 1999-2000 near Olsztyn, it moved to Stawiguda.
  • Drukarnię Cyfrową Solaris (Solaris Digital Printing): operated since 2012, it has specialized in low-cost printed books, leaflets and other materials.

  It has organized the annual Międzynarodowy Festiwal Fantastyki (International Festival of Fantasy) in Nidzica since 1994. It is responsible for the quarterly Polish fantasy magazine SFinks (ISSN 1643-1715) published since autumn 1994 (2002-2003 issues were published by Zysk i S-ka). It is also responsible for Encyklopedia Fantastyki (Encyclopedia of Fantasy) since 2011 (which is partially funded by the European Regional Development Fund).
